Full job description

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Expected Hours: 15–25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional luxury customer service and personalized fragrance consultations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to achieving monthly boutique sales goals through exceptional client service and teamwork.
Educate clients on fragrance collections, ingredients, and brand stories.
Maintain visual merchandising and luxury presentation standards.
Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and product merchandising.
Support inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels.
Ensure testers, samples, and merchandise are properly maintained and presented.
Support boutique opening and closing procedures when required.
Participate in brand events, launches, and client engagement activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury products and client service.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred:

Experience in luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance.
Experience with premium brands such as Sephora, Holt Renfrew, Aesop, Jo Malone, Diptyque, Le Labo, Byredo, Creed, Tom Ford Beauty, or similar.
Additional languages are considered an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

retail sales or customer service experience: 1 year (required)
