About FTY Lab

FTY Lab is a first-of-its-kind football performance facility in Canada, built on UK football foundations and powered by the same ESA training technology used by professional clubs across Europe.

We are bringing the modern game to Canada.

Our training model blends Canada Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development framework with elite-level performance technology, structured curriculum, and measurable progression.

This is not recreational soccer.

This is smart training.

This is data-driven development.

This is the future of football training.

Players don’t just train here. They level up.

Coaches don’t just run sessions. They work inside a high-performance, technology-supported environment designed to develop the complete player.

FTY Lab is building something different. And we are looking for coaches who want to be part of the movement.

The Role

We are seeking a licensed, development-driven coach who wants to coach inside a structured, performance-based environment.

You will lead sessions, learn and operate our technology systems, and align measurable performance feedback with player development principles.

You do not need to be a technology expert.

You must be coachable, adaptable, and willing to fully understand how our systems enhance development.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-energy, structured sessions aligned with Canada Soccer’s development framework
Learn and operate ESA performance technology systems
Translate performance data into practical coaching feedback
Maintain elite standards inside the Lab
Communicate clearly and confidently with players and parents
Support camps, programs, and special events
Represent FTY Lab with professionalism and presence

What We’re Looking For

Canada Soccer Licensed Coach (Soccer for Life minimum, C License preferred)
Experience coaching youth players
Strong understanding of Long-Term Player Development principles
Comfortable learning and using performance technology
Structured, organized, and disciplined
Confident leading sessions independently
Available for weekday evenings and weekends
Passionate about modern football development

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on licensing and experience.
