Full job description

Lithe Beauty is hiring a Social Media Manager to help lead content strategy, content planning, platform growth, and day-to-day execution across our social channels.

We are looking for someone with strong beauty/fashion/lifestyle experience who understands modern social media, short-form content, community engagement, and brand storytelling.

This is not an entry-level role.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
Plan and schedule content calendars
Coordinate with internal creative team and founder content
Assist with content ideation, trend research, captions, hooks, and platform optimization
Monitor engagement and community management
Track performance metrics and growth opportunities
Coordinate influencer and UGC initiatives where needed
Help maintain consistent brand voice and visual direction

Requirements

Previous professional experience managing social media accounts for brands
Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC e-commerce experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
Strong video editing, copywriting and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Portfolio of past work required

Paid social familiarity is a plus

Compensation based on experience and hours available

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakville, ON
