Job Summary:

We are currently seeking high performing individuals who have a growth mindset to join our Landscape Construction Crew. As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in all aspects of landscape construction projects, from initial preparation to final touches. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the landscaping industry and contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments. This position is essential in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality work while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of various landscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, and decks.
Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, grading, and soil preparation.
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to landscape plans.
Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, plate compactors, sod cutters).
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with crew leaders and other team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or Project Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping or construction is an asset but not always required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license is an asset.
Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
