We are currently seeking a dedicated Landscaping Team Member to play a pivotal role within our Facility Service Team. The Landscaping Team Member position is a critical role when it comes to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The role is centered on the landscaping aspects, with a focus on:

Cultivating garden beds, planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, and performing routine maintenance such as weeding, fertilizing, and mulching.
Operating landscaping equipment with care, including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, string trimmers, and hedge trimmers, to keep grounds looking neat and well-manicured.
Assisting with the design and implementation of landscape layouts, working closely with the team to bring garden designs to life.
Managing the health of plants and the aesthetics of outdoor spaces, diagnosing and treating pests and diseases as needed.
Collaborating with the team to ensure all landscaping activities are completed in a timely manner and to the client's satisfaction.

This position requires a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. A background in landscaping is required, as well as a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes and abilities:

Previous snow and lawn maintenance experience
Minimum 2-5 years experience in the Landscaping Industry
Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction activities
Well organized, independent, and self-managing, with strong communication skills
Responsible, dependable with a willingness to learn
Quality focused, high attention to detail with excellent problem solving abilities
Ability to pivot and adapt to changing demands

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
