Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed during food handling and serving.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
Assist in setting up dining areas for service and breaking down after shifts.
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and managing tabs accurately.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly is a plus but not mandatory. Join our team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences while working in a vibrant environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
