At Ricky's All Day Grill, We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages. Your ability to engage with guests and provide assistance will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Greet customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink options.
Take accurate orders using the POS system, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards.
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Experience in cash handling with attention to detail for accurate transactions.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
