Overview

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across diverse facilities. In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal comfort and safety for building occupants. Your mechanical expertise will contribute to seamless operations, supporting building efficiency and occupant satisfaction. Duties

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units to ensure reliable performance.
Install new HVAC equipment following detailed schematics and technical specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, such as drainage or water supply connections.
Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications of ductwork or metal components when necessary.
Read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for accurate troubleshooting and installation.
Assist with boiler maintenance and repairs to ensure consistent heating performance during colder months.
Support appliance repair tasks related to HVAC-related devices or systems within the facility.
Apply construction experience when upgrading or modifying existing mechanical systems in building projects.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions for ongoing maintenance planning.

Experience

Proven mechanic experience with HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge of boilers, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems.
Skilled in plumbing work related to HVAC applications.
Experience with welding techniques for metal ductwork or component repairs.
Ability to read complex schematics and technical drawings accurately.
Construction background beneficial for system upgrades or modifications in building projects.
Familiarity with appliance repair related to HVAC equipment is a plus.
Prior experience working with mechanical systems in commercial or industrial settings is highly desirable.
