Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring data integrity, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle large volumes of information efficiently. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and a keen eye for detail to contribute to our operational success.

Duties

Enter, update, and maintain data within databases and ERP systems with high accuracy.
Manage large datasets using Microsoft Excel and other office software tools.
Perform data collection, verification, and validation to ensure completeness and correctness.
Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data sorting, and record keeping.
Support team members by providing accurate data reports and summaries as needed.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
Maintain organized records of all data entry activities to facilitate audits and reviews.

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred.
Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
Proven skills in data entry, typing speed, and accuracy are essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience working with computer systems, including basic knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing and data collection.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$40.92 per hour
