Bayshore is seeking passionate and caring Personal Support Workers to join our exceptional team. At Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful moments for clients daily while providing exceptional care.
This is a guaranteed hours position. This position is full-time with a guaranteed of 60 hours bi-weekly. There is a 4 week ramp up period from date of hire. More details can be given at time of interview.
Area of Work: Successful candidates will be serving in the Oxford County which includes but not limited to Tillsonburg, Woodstock, Norwich, Innerkip, Bright, Plattsville, Ingersoll, Beachville, Thamesford.
Availability: Successful candidates will be available weekdays and every other weekend.

Qualifications:
Education:
Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
Attributes:
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
- French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:
- 2 professional references,
- A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of being negative for TB.
