The Role
You are the engine of the install crew.
As a Shingler, your job is to execute high-quality roofing work under the direction of your Lead Shingler. You contribute directly to the pace, quality, safety, and cleanliness of every job site.
You are not working alone - you are part of a system where consistency, discipline, and teamwork define success.
Every shingle you install matters.
What You Will Own
- Installing shingles, underlayment, and roofing components to standard
- Following direction from the Lead Shingler precisely
- Maintaining consistent workmanship across every section of roof
- Handling and staging materials safely and correctly
- Supporting continuous site cleanliness throughout the day
- Assisting in tear-off, setup, and final clean-up
- Reporting issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately
- Working as part of a coordinated crew environment

Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
Required:
- Ability to work safely on residential roofs
- Physical capability for manual roofing labour
- Willingness to follow direction from Lead Shingler
- Strong attendance and reliability
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior roofing or construction experience
- Familiarity with asphalt shingle installation
- Experience working in crew-based environments
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
Pay: $20.45-$36.31 per hour
