Job Description

As Coordinator, Member Success, you will support HealthPRO Canada members by managing day-to-day enquiries related to contracts and services across the Canadian healthcare sector. Working closely with members and internal teams, you will help ensure timely resolution of issues and accurate handling of requests, anticipating follow-ups and taking a proactive approach to member needs.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness are essential in this role, along with the ability to effectively use CRM systems to manage and track interactions. Developing strong knowledge of HealthPRO Canada contract offerings and services will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Support members with enquiries related to HealthPRO Canada contracts and services, including identifying relevant options and providing guidance on use
Assess and triage member enquiries to determine appropriate information, support, or action required
Investigate and resolve member issues or service concerns, coordinating communication between members and internal teams to ensure timely updates and effective resolution
Maintain CRM records of enquiries and review submitted information to support assessment, identification of opportunities or next steps, and preparation of reports, updates, and analysis

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, account coordination, or relationship management, with a focus on issue resolution

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs
Proficiency in English (written, verbal, and comprehension)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Assets

Experience in Canadian healthcare, procurement, or contracting environments
Familiarity with healthcare products, services, or terminology
Experience using CRM systems
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a skills test will be required) and data analysis tools
