Full job description

Job Overview
Putman Investments is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Co-Ordinator to support social media projects across multiple brands within our portfolio. This role is a great opportunity for a student who is creative, organized, and confident using social platforms to build brand presence and engagement.

You will work on a variety of social media initiatives, gaining hands-on experience while managing content for different brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as needed
Support content planning and execution for multiple brands under Putman Investments
Brainstorming and developing creative ideas for posts, stories, and short-form video
Ensure content aligns with each brand’s voice, style, and objectives
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, and flag insights or trends
Assist with basic reporting on content performance and engagement metrics
Collaborate with internal team members on campaigns and projects

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college or university program is an asset(marketing, communications, media, or related field preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Experience creating content for personal, school, or brand social media accounts
Comfortable using tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Creative, reliable, and eager to learn
