Our platform powers modern fundraising experiences, we operate at the intersection of SaaS, payments, and emerging AI capabilities. We build tools that help our non-profits scale their impact with less effort and more intelligence. If you’re excited about complex product ecosystems, transaction flows, and using AI to unlock better user experiences, this is a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up. Lead product strategy and execution by using data, company insights, and customer feedback to prioritize and manage the roadmap from ideation to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define projects and make trade-offs that balance innovation with product quality, driving key outcomes like OKRs, retention, adoption, and referrals. Work within an agile team to bring products from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

This is a product management–first role with a strong design lens. As our newest Sr. Product Manager, you’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across key areas of our platform—including fundraising workflows, payment experiences, and intelligent (AI-enabled) features.

You’ll be responsible for defining what we build, why it matters, and how it delivers measurable outcomes, while ensuring everything we ship is intuitive, scalable, and high quality. The right candidate is excited about collaboration, novel problem-solving, designing seamless and intuitively usable systems in the complex and rapidly evolving landscape of a technology startup.

Product Design & UX

Design intuitive, user-friendly product experiences that simplify complex workflows
Lead product discovery, including user research, testing, and rapid prototyping
Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
Partner with internal teams to create experiences that delight users and build loyalty
Develop workflows that bridge software and real-world processes

Product Management & Delivery

Own and evolve the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, scope initiatives, and build business cases
Lead agile development processes, including backlog management and sprint planning
Define KPIs, run experiments (A/B testing), and measure feature performance
Ensure high-quality delivery through QA and detailed acceptance criteria

Product Adoption & Growth

Analyze user behavior and feedback to drive conversion, adoption, retention, and revenue impact (referrals)
Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities (e.g., automation, personalization, recommendations)
Balance long-term strategy with tactical execution of features
Own key metrics
Optimize user journeys and payment flows to increase completion and reduce friction
Use experimentation (A/B testing) and analytics to continuously improve outcomes
Turn customer insights into features that create “aha” moments and drive referrals

What We’re Looking For

Experience

5+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS startup focused on Product Led Growth
Experience working on or adjacent to payments, billing systems, or transaction-based products
Exposure to and a keen interest in experience building AI/ML-enabled features or data-driven products
Strong track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps end-to-end
Experience working on technically complex systems (APIs, integrations, workflows) using product and behavioral data and designing effective A/B tests
Solid UX instincts and experience with tools like Figma
Experience working in agile environments (Linear, Jira, etc.)
Available to travel and participate in an on-call rotation

Skills & Tools

Strong UX/UI design skills (e.g., Figma)
Deep expertise with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira)
Deep expertise with product analytics, creating product performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
Expertise with AI productivity tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Linear, Confluence, Loom)
Bonus: Experience in nonprofit fundraising or working with mission-driven organization
