Our company is expanding our production capacity and seeking skilled independent painting contractors who want consistent, professionally managed work without the burden of marketing, quoting, or client acquisition.

We are not looking for casual helpers.
We are looking for capable professionals who can run jobs independently from preparation through final walkthrough.

What We Provide

We handle marketing, estimating, client communication, and billing.

What We Expect

5+ years professional painting experience
Ability to manage a project start-to-finish independently
Strong prep standards (no shortcuts)
Clean job sites and professional client interaction
Reliable transportation and full tool setup (brush, roll, spray)
Active business registration and WCB coverage
Clear communication and adherence to agreed timelines

Scope of Work

Typical projects include:

Full interior repaints
Exterior repaints (wood, stucco, fibre cement)
Trim, doors, cabinetry (spray experience preferred)
Surface repair and preparation work
Multi-day residential projects

You must be confident in:

Proper masking and protection systems
Surface preparation standards
Clean cut lines and finish quality
Problem-solving on site without constant supervision

Relationship Structure

We are building long-term contractor relationships — not rotating crews.

The right fit will:

Interview with ownership
Complete a paid trial project
Align on quality standards and communication expectations
Grow into a consistent production partner
