SunSpark Canvassing Inc. is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our growing team in Victoria, BC!

In this role, you'll represent leading nonprofit organizations through face-to-face fundraising campaigns at street locations and shopping malls across Victoria and surrounding communities.

No previous experience is required — we provide full training.

Schedule

This position is ideal for candidates seeking consistent full-time employment.

Minimum commitment of 3 full shifts per week
Minimum 25 hours per week
Flexible scheduling options available
Work takes place at retail stores, shopping malls, shopping plazas, and street locations.
We do not do door-to-door.

What We're Looking For

Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
Passion for nonprofit, social, or community causes
Comfortable working outdoors and being on your feet for extended periods

Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, advocacy, promotions, or other public-facing roles is an asset, but not required.

Travel Requirements

Our campaigns operate throughout Victoria and nearby communities, including Sidney and Langford. Team members may be required to travel to different campaign locations. Travel Allowance will be provided
