What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems with expert precision — water distribution, drainage, venting, and fixtures.
- Install and service hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and boilers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts for new installs and retrofits.
- Commission and test installed systems to manufacturer and code standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers — explain options, walk through recommendations, and earn trust in every home.
- Work alongside a team of highly skilled home service professionals.
- Deliver 5-Star service, every time.
- Mentor and support the next generation of tradespeople as the plumbing division grows.
- Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride — in every home, every interaction, every day.

Requirements
- Red Seal / Journeyman Plumber Certification (required, non-negotiable)
- Gas Fitter Certification will be considered an asset
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (required, non-negotiable)
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong working knowledge of BC plumbing codes
- Experience with hot water tanks, tankless systems, boilers, and furnaces considered an asset
- Blueprint reading and system layout skills
- Strong attention to detail — you do it right the first time
- Able to reliably commute to or relocate to Abbotsford, BC before start date
- Perfect English communication skills
