Position: Legal Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Assist lawyers in managing a variety of legal cases by organizing, analyzing, and maintaining files, documents, and correspondence.

- Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple files and tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrate confidence and reliability as you work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

- Utilize your knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and court procedures to support our legal professionals in their daily activities.

- Showcase your excellent written and oral communication skills in English while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk/Paralegal Diploma or Certificate program.

- Proven experience displaying exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills, particularly under pressure.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple files and tasks concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

- A confident and dependable professional with strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in understanding and applying the Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as familiarity with court procedures.

- Strong drafting skills, with the capability to create original legal documents, correspondence, and reports, and take appropriate follow-up actions.

- Highly developed English written and oral communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
