Join an Ontario CPA firm approved as a CPA training office, where your professional growth is our priority. If you’re working toward your CPA designation and want hands‑on experience in assurance and tax, this is the perfect opportunity.

About the Role

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality client service across assurance and tax engagements. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, gain exposure to diverse industries, and receive mentorship to help you achieve your CPA goals.

What You’ll Do

Prepare compilation, review and audit engagements.
Prepare corporate and personal tax returns.
Maintain accurate working papers using Caseware and prepare tax returns in iFirm TaxPrep.
Communicate with clients and provide timely updates.
Contribute to process improvements and share best practices with the team.

What You Bring

CPA designation in progress.
Public accounting experience in compilations, reviews, audits, and tax preparation preferred.
Knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, Income Tax Act and Excise Act.
Proficiency with Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with iFirm and Doc.it an asset.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service.
