About us

Our mission is to excel as the premier provider of window coverings by leveraging our deep industry expertise and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Job Brief:

This is an admin and customer service role
Full time - 30 hours a week
Supportive team, great working hours, relaxed environment
There is quite a bit of learning to do when your first start, as you must familiarize yourself with our product lines etc.

Responsibilities:

Admin: generating quotes, providing invoices, scheduling installations, following up on installations, showroom upkeep
Customer service: Answer phone calls, provide walk-ins with basic help and information if sales associate isn't present.
Social Media, Networking to build relationships via phone & email.

Skills Required:

Comfortable using Microsoft office, email and learning new software
Good listening and communication skills
Window covering knowledge an asset
Interest/Experience in Interior design an asset
Familiar with using social media
High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 30 per week
