Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Athletic Fitness Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through personalized fitness programs, motivating them to achieve their health and wellness goals, and creating a positive, engaging environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives while fostering their physical and mental well-being. Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates with French language skills are highly preferred. The position involves teaching, excellent communication, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction and program success.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized fitness training sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during all activities
Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness routines and maintain high levels of engagement
Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly for optimal results
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
Manage time effectively to accommodate scheduled sessions and maintain punctuality
Lead group classes or workshops when necessary, fostering a supportive environment
Maintain a clean, organized workout space and ensure all equipment is used safely and properly

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Excellent communication skills to motivate and engage clients effectively
Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients and sessions efficiently
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster teamwork
Knowledge of fitness principles, exercise techniques, and safety protocols
Ability to adapt coaching styles to diverse client needs and fitness levels

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
