Job Title: Agile Scrum Master
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, support product teams, and help organizations achieve Agile excellence.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile delivery for customer, citizen, and patient-focused initiatives.
Support Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile delivery models.
Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business priorities.
Support digital transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate Agile teams delivering enterprise applications and digital platforms.
Track delivery metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
Remove impediments and resolve delivery challenges.
Ensure Agile practices align with governance and compliance requirements.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience as an Agile Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience supporting enterprise application and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working with business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Agile certification preferred.
