Job Overview

Church's Texas Chicken is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering great food, excellent customer service, and a welcoming dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with others, and contributing to the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude while providing exceptional service
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter, drive-thru, or other service areas
Prepare and serve food according to Church's Texas Chicken quality and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining, kitchen, and service areas
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to support daily operations
Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
Assist with opening, closing, and other operational tasks as assigned
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks
