Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Oilfield Class 1 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous oilfield experience with belly dump, end dump and tri-quad gravel units. For equipment, experience with jeep and lowbed combo And straight trailer. They will be responsible for transporting materials safely and efficiently from the rig location to the dump site while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate in tight locations.

Duties

Safely operate vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
Load and unload contaminated gravel, drilling rig cuttings and misc. Ensuring proper handling of materials.
Load and unload equipment on job sites. Ensure proper tie down and loading.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
Assist with automotive repair as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a clean driving record.

Requirements

Valid Canadian Commercial Class One driver's license.
Must have 3 years experience minimum.
Proven experience in oilfield hauling & tickets (H2S, First Aid & CSO).
Must be able to pass drug/alcohol test upon hiring.
Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime as needed.
Work away from home for extended periods of time.
Must be dependable and have a reliable vehicle to get to work
