Roofing Sales Representative – Unlimited Earning Potential (Commission-Based)

Rydel Roofing & Siding is growing, and we're looking for ambitious people to join our roofing sales team.

This is not a typical 9-to-5 job.

If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated to build a high-income career, this may be the opportunity you're looking for.

About the Role

As a Roofing Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate and close roofing, siding, and exterior renovation projects.

This is a commission-based sales role where you will create opportunities through door-to-door prospecting, networking, referrals, and following up with homeowners.

You will:

Generate leads through door knocking and relationship building
Meet with homeowners and conduct property assessments
Educate customers on roofing and exterior solutions
Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience
Manage prospects through the sales process
Close sales and work closely with our operations team

8% commission on closed sales
