What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for growing your own territory while helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners.
Perform roof inspections and identify roofing concerns.
Present customized roofing solutions, warranties, financing options, and insurance guidance.
Prepare and present detailed proposals.
Confidently ask for and close the sale.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, neighbourhood marketing, community involvement, and door-to-door prospecting.
Follow up consistently with homeowners throughout the sales process.
Work closely with our production and office teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Represent Rydel Roofing with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone or tablet
Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
Evening and occasional weekend availability
