Casey Realty Limited is seeking a reliable and hardworking Painter to join our team in Amherst, Nova Scotia.

Job Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and filling holes
Apply paint, stain, primer, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Protect floors, fixtures, and surrounding areas before painting
Mix and match paint colours as required
Complete interior and exterior painting work
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Perform other related construction duties as required

Qualifications

Previous painting or construction experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting materials
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
