Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Framing Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques. This role involves working on residential, commercial, or restoration projects, requiring precision, safety awareness, and the ability to operate a range of tools and equipment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality building projects while developing your craftsmanship in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects.
Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
Install siding and other exterior finishes to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
Engage in woodworking activities related to framing And rough carpentry
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents on site.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, construction, or related fields with knowledge of framing techniques.
Proficiency with hand tools And power tools.
Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
Capable of understanding safety procedures and OSHA regulations on construction sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working at heights
