What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a variety of complex commercial litigation files from start to finish
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court materials.
Conducting examinations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
Appearing on contested matters in court.
Collaborating with colleagues across related practice areas.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in commercial litigation.
Proven ability to manage complex files independently and efficiently.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A client-focused approach and professional demeanor.
Interest in business development and relationship building.
