Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Bartender/Server and become the heart of our lively hospitality environment! In this role, you'll craft exceptional drinks, serve delicious food, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your energetic attitude and dedication to excellent customer service will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced, vibrant setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
Take customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high standards of service.
Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling with accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Manage cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and providing correct change.
Engage with guests courteously, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and assist in training new staff when needed.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety protocols is essential.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and inventory counts.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Hospitality experience or bartending background is desirable but not required; eagerness to learn is valued.
