Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and preparation, with a focus on creating delicious baked goods. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Baker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while also delighting our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
Decorate pastries with creativity and precision to enhance presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including measuring ingredients and mixing batters.
Package baked goods for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively for customers.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries about products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely product delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
A passion for baking and creating innovative recipes is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
