We’re looking for Bartenders to take the reins of a high-performing restaurant and elevate it to new heights. The Role:
As a Bartender, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through expertly crafted drinks and engaging service. You’ll execute cocktails with precision, maintain a clean and organized bar, and contribute to a high-energy, hospitality-driven environment.
You will:
- Deliver fast, consistent, high-quality drink service in a busy, guest-focused bar.
- Maintain excellent standards of cocktail execution, bar cleanliness, and product knowledge.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming, high-energy experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, consistent, high-quality drink service in a busy, guest-focused environment
- Execute cocktails, beer, and wine service to recipe standards while maintaining strong product knowledge
- Create a welcoming guest experience through friendly, professional, and engaging service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service and during prep/close
- Support team communication and contribute to smooth, efficient shift execution
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards at all times
- Assist with prep, restocking, and minimizing waste to support overall bar performance
- Help resolve guest issues quickly and escalate when needed to ensure satisfaction

What You Bring:
- 1–2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar or restaurant
- Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to execute consistently under pressure
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and creating great experiences
- Solid communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness behind the bar
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy, high-energy environment
- Flexibility with availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
