After successful training you will be retaining the title of Customer Care Consultant who will be well versed on prescribed sector, regulatory principles and offering superior service to Municipal Citizens. .
What we offer:
- Minimum of five (5) shifts per week (Monday through to Friday) Saturdays 9-3pm.
- Offering guaranteed base of $17.75 per hour
- Bilingual Premium ( English & French)
- Operating Hours :8-8pm (conventional shift from 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7, 12-8)
- Alternative weekends (9-3pm)
- Ability to make an extra $0.50 after each year up to 5 years until $2.50 is reached on top of your base.

- High School or College Diploma

- 35 WPM typing speed, ability to multitask and actively listen
