Responsibilities:

Be Fashion forward
Energetic and provide outstanding client service
Receive calls, answer customer inquiries, set appointments
Excellent phone manner and ability to deal with health professionals and patients.
Data Entry
Maintain the store to ensure a clean comfortable environment
Assisting customers with frame and lens selection
Responsible for promoting merchandise, products, services to customers
IDentify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectation at all time
Provide exceptional service and care to exceed patient experience
