Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that plays a crucial role in the production and processing of stone, aggregates, and asphalt? Fowler Construction is looking for dedicated Aggregate Processing Labourer to support our operations and ensure the highest quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and document daily equipment maintenance duties such as checking levels, safety equipment, greasing, etc.
Perform extensive physical labour as required and instructed.
Actively and safely participate in the plant’s cleaning and preventative maintenance programs.
Continually observe and report all plant deficiencies to the plant Foreperson.
Participate in company sponsored training programs and obtain all certifications as required by government and Fowler regulations (i.e., Surface Miner and Fall Arrest).
Continually build your knowledge base of all plant operations.
After receiving training, safely operate equipment as per the Foreperson’s directions.
Perform and document daily equipment maintenance duties as required.
All other duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

Currently working in the trade is preferred.
Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed.
Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs., carry, bend, reach.
Able to work within a team environment.
Must be willing to travel to various quarry and plant locations in the Muskoka/Parry Sound/Haliburton regions.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
