Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Counter Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls for table reservations and takeout orders.

- Welcome and greet guests as they enter the restaurant.

- Assist customers with reservations and coordinate with the front-of-house team to assign tables.

- Inform walk-in guests of current table availability or book them for the next available seating time.

- Process takeout orders for walk-in customers.

- Prepare and hand over takeout orders to delivery partners such as Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, and DoorDash drivers.

- Respond to catering inquiries and take down catering order requests.

- Assist with bar drink preparation during slower periods.

- Help deliver drinks from the bar to tables when needed during free time.

- At the end of the shift, clean and organize the reception/counter area and assist with bar cleaning duties as required.

Ideal Candidate:

- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

- Strong communication and multitasking skills.

- Comfortable handling phone calls, customer service, and coordinating with the front-of-house team.

- Willing to assist other team members during quieter periods and help with closing duties.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
