Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

Operate laser welding equipment to join aluminum frames.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
Perform weld inspections to ensure accuracy, strength, and adherence to quality standards.
Set up, adjust, and maintain laser welding machines for optimal performance.
Work with various thicknesses of aluminum, ensuring proper heat settings and weld penetration.
Identify and troubleshoot welding defects and make necessary corrections.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in welding aluminum frames (preferred, but willing to train).
Familiarity with metal fabrication, CNC machines, or automated welding systems is an asset.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic knowledge of heat control, distortion prevention, and aluminum welding techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
