Junior Cabinet Installer / Carpenter Helper

Full-Time | Brantford, ON

We're a small custom cabinetry and millwork shop that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and treating our customers right. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person who wants to learn the trade and become part of our team.

Whether you have some experience or you're just getting started, we're willing to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Assist with installing custom cabinets, vanities, built-ins, closets, and other millwork.
Help load and unload materials and keep the work truck organized.
Prepare job sites and assist with measuring, fitting, and installing cabinetry.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Help keep the shop and job sites clean and organized.
Work alongside experienced installers while learning the skills of the trade.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (experience is an asset but not required).
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
Good attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Construction, carpentry, or cabinet experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
