Full job description

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Class 1 knuckle boom drivers for dedicated long-haul “milk run” routes across the United States.

This role is delivering our manufactured products to customers on scheduled regional runs.

If you value consistency, modern equipment, and a professional operation, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operate a semi truck with 20 ton Knuckle boom
Planned milk-run style deliveries (multiple scheduled stops per route)
Safely load, transport, and unload fencing products directly to customers homes.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations
Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations
Represent the company professionally at all customer locations

Routes & Schedule

Dedicated routes (Central, and East U.S.)
Predictable scheduling
Multi-week trips (home time structured and discussed upfront)
No last-minute chaos or random freight

Requirements

Valid Class 1 license
Clean driving record
Long-haul / OTR experience preferred (2 week runs)
Comfortable with multi-stop delivery routes
Ability to secure loads properly
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Cross-border experience (Canada–USA) is an asset but not required
