Diane Lee & Associates Physiotherapy | South Surrey, BC

At Diane Lee & Associates, we believe every patient deserves an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are a collaborative, caring physiotherapy clinic known for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a supportive team culture.

We're looking for a friendly, organized, people-focused Patient Experience Coordinator who enjoys helping others and thrives in a busy healthcare environment. We are interested in someone with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn; however medical office experience and knowledge of the EMR program JANE is a requirement of this position. Only those with this experience will be contacted.

Hours

Must be available to work evening shifts which end between 7pm – 7:30pm

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage clinician calendars using JANE.
Register new patients and maintain accurate electronic medical records in JANE.
Process payments and assist with insurance information.
Support clinic administration, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and occasional Canva projects.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming reception area.
Provide holiday coverage for other reception team members when required.

Qualifications

Experience in a healthcare or medical office required.
Experience using Jane is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Google drive.
Experience with Canva is an asset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Professional, compassionate, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
