Hillview Golf Course is an 18-hole executive course and a premier golf destination nestled in the heart of Vernon. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Attendant!
Part-Time positions available (20-30 hours per week)
Must be available evenings and weekends and holidays.
Start date is beginning of April, some positions will be available with a later start date, until October 11th.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
· Greet and assist golfers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide information about course conditions, tee times, and services offered.
· Handle inquiries, reservations, and sales transactions with a customer-focused approach.
Retail Operations:
· Manage pro shop merchandise, including inventory control, stocking, and merchandising displays.
· Assist customers in selecting golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Tee Time Management:
· Coordinate tee times and manage the reservation system.
· Ensure efficient flow of golfers on the course.
· Monitor pace of play and provide guidance to golfers as needed.
Course Assistance:
· Provide basic information about course rules and policies.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
· Clean and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are ready for use.
· Inspect and report any damages or issues with golf carts.
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the pro shop area.
