Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as both a Creative Arts Teacher and School Office Administrator. This dual-role position is ideal for someone passionate about arts education and skilled in administrative management. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging arts instruction while efficiently managing the school's administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Duties

Develop and implement creative arts curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels
Conduct engaging art classes, workshops, and extracurricular activities
Supervise classroom activities, ensuring a positive and productive learning
Manage office operations for school system, such as Onsis or Edsembli
Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and vendor management
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record maintenance
Maintain organized office systems to support daily operations and ensure compliance with school policies
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
Support team management efforts by supervising staff or volunteers as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or administrative roles within educational or organizational settings
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, google classroom or any other marketing software tools
Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and vendor management
Background in shcool administration will be preferred
Prior experience in teaching or arts education is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a team environment
