Full job description

Romac Metal Works is growing. We are seeking a professional individual to take care of our ISO certified Quality program and run the CMM within a safety first, air conditioned environment.

The successful individual will have the following attributes:

Strong work ethic and eager to learn
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work closely with all parts of the organization
Ability interact directly with the customer and to own the interactions with respect to quality
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ability to manage our QMS
Ability to undertake role of internal ISO auditor
Additional knowledge of nuclear standards is an asset
Ability to implement supplier quality programs
Ability to conduct in process manufacturing inspections and determine disposition as required
Deep comprehension of GD&T
Ability to drive continuous improvement and 5S programs
Experience with PCDMIS/Brown and Sharpe CMM is an asset
Ability manage NCR/CAR processes and to conduct root cause analysis
Organised, capable of handling multiple tasks without losing track of details
Experience operating a lift truck and overhead crane is an asset
Experience with fabrication and CNC machining in a precision manufacturing environment is an asset
