Full job description

BOOKKEEPER

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software (QuickBooks) and a strong understanding of financial processes.

Duties

Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Assist with general accounting duties as needed

Answer and direct incoming business phone calls/emails

#Experience:

5+ years

#Required Skills:

Proficiency in account reconciliation

Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Strong clerical skills

Prior experience as a bookkeeping clerk
