Full job description

Overview
Our client is seeking someone who must have experience with a JUKI industrial sewing machine.

Duties

Operate an industrial single-needle JUKI sewing machine to sew mainly cushions and pillows, among other fabrics, foams, textiles
Maintain consistent stitch quality, seam allowance, alignment, and overall product appearance.
Inspect finished pieces for loose threads, defects, uneven stitching, or quality concerns.
Adjust thread tension, change needles, replace bobbins, and re-thread machine as needed.
Identify machine issues and report maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Seamstress with INDUSTRIAL JUKI MACHINE
MUST HAVE A CAR
Experience with manufacturing processes or warehouse environments is preferred
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SEWING PILLOWS AND CUSHIONS
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
