We are looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The right candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, and engaging in administrative tasks; such as billing, payment collection and scheduling patients.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone lines and interact with patients.
Peform check-in and check-out process for patients
Schedule appointments, and respond to emails and voicemails.
Collecting payments, creating invoices, and other general office duties.
Provide information to patients about the clinic and services offered
Maintain the appearance of the office.
Verify patient insurance information

Candidate must be:

Warm and friendly with a positive attitude
Possess strong ability to multi-task
Detailed oriented, social, and can bring excitement to their role at our clinic space

Job Types: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $16.75-$23.00 per hour

Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
