About Us: We're trying to be the BEST residential cleaning company in BC. We're still family owned and prioritize excellent communication and going above and beyond for our clients and team.

About the role:

Most of our new cleaners start with us as subs to get going asap - you always have the option of starting sub or starting with employment.

Daily Pay - We'll pay you out at the end of the day for the hours you've worked (if Friday, the next morning). Why wait 2 weeks?
Industry-leading Hourly Wage - $30/hr - $35/hr for all our cleaners, even for regular cleans. Whether you work 4 hrs or 40 hours a week. We want you to live worry-free.
Supervisor Bonus - Extra pay if you're training or leading a team.
Travel Compensation - Extended travel compensated at $30/hr.
Local, Friendly Work-Environment - You'll be in close communication with the owners who will ensure you have the communication/information you need to be successful.
Clean with friends - Have a friend in the industry? Lets pair you up!
Pick your cleans - Only want residential and regular cleans? That's ok! Ok with moving / commercial cleans? Even better.

About You: As a Residential Cleaner, your role will be to ensure our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standards. We always use checklists so you're never wondering whats left or what's next.

You have at least 1 year of experience in residential cleaning. At this time, housekeeping roles or janitorial work do not count towards this as they're fundamentally different.
You have reliable transporation to get you to the job and back. At this time, bus, family members, spouse, and/or Uber etc. do not qualify.
You have (during the trial period) your own supplies. This means mop, vacuum, sprays, rags that will enable to complete the clean. We don't specify the brand - you can use whichever you're comfortable with! Once under employment, we'll provide it all for you.
You have excellent accountability and time management skills. Our team uses a proprietary sqft per hour metric for all types of cleans. We expect our team members to keep pace, on average. We realize specific cleans may be dirties/cleaner than average.
