Join the Culinary Team at The Winston Golf Club!

The Winston Golf Club is looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. As an essential member of our back-of-house team, you’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.

Whether you're starting your career in hospitality or looking for a dependable job in a team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Necessary skills, experience, and attributes:

A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and follow instructions
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
No experience necessary – training will be provided
Food Handler’s Certificate is an asset (or willingness to obtain)

What are your key responsibilities?

Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment and/or by hand
Ensure all items are properly sanitized, dried, and stored
Maintain cleanliness of dish pit, kitchen floors, garbage/recycling areas, and work surfaces
Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties and basic food prep tasks, as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Support kitchen staff during busy service times
