Full job description

Titan Energy Services delivers integrated fluid management solutions to the oil and gas industry, including water sourcing, transfer, and storage. Headquartered in Calgary with operations led from Grande Prairie, we are built on a foundation of integrity, teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Since our founding in 2011, Titan has grown through strategic investment, innovation, and a deep commitment to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Project Manager to strengthen our client partnerships and drive successful project delivery across our operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Project Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end project execution across our fluid operations portfolio.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role that blends technical expertise, operational coordination, and commercial awareness. You will lead projects from planning through execution while ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance expectations are met.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated to contribute to business growth and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project scopes, work plans, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
Lead project execution, coordinating field operations, clients, contractors, and internal teams
Oversee project controls including cost tracking, forecasting, scheduling, and performance reporting
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering responsive, high-quality service
Prepare and review technical documentation including reports, plans, and operational designs
Analyze site data and field conditions to support project planning and execution
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across AB, BC, and SK
Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor project performance, budgets, and margins
Identify risks, problem-solve proactively, and implement practical solutions
Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all projects
Support business development through client engagement and participation in industry events
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with demonstrated project management responsibility
Experience in completions, water management, or fluid operations strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong understanding of pumping systems, water transfer operations, and fluid management processes
Experience developing process flow diagrams and pressure profiles for water systems is an asset
Knowledge of project management best practices (PMI); PMP certification is an asset
Experience with ERP systems and project tracking tools is an asset
Solid understanding of relevant provincial and federal regulations
Prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Willingness to travel and conduct field visits in varying and sometimes challenging conditions
A continuous improvement mindset and interest in supporting business growth

Working Environment:

Mixed role: approximately 70% office / 30% field
Occasional travel to field sites and remote locations
Exposure to outdoor conditions during site visits
