Are you a skilled carpenter with experience in concrete forming? We're looking for someone like you to join our team at Westchester, a trusted and growing family-owned business with a reputation for excellence in the concrete industry. Position Overview:
As a Carpenter with a focus on concrete forming, you'll work closely with our crew to build and shape the structures that lay the foundation for our projects. Experience in concrete forming is a significant asset, but we are open to training the right candidate who shares our dedication to craftsmanship and quality.

Responsibilities:

Install, level, and secure formwork for concrete pours.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for accurate layout.
Work with other carpenters, concrete finishers, and laborers to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve challenges on-site.
Help ensure timely project completion while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a carpenter, with a focus on concrete forming (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Valid driver’s license .
